KLARNA PAYMENT INFORMATION AND TERMS

Who is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment services provider that offers flexible payment options to consumers. Klarna is responsible for processing payments and assessing eligibility for its payment products.

When you choose Klarna at checkout, your payment agreement is made directly with Klarna and is subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions.

PAY IN 3

How does Pay in 3 work?

Klarna’s Pay in 3 allows eligible customers to spread the cost of a purchase over three equal interest-free instalments.

The first payment is usually taken when your order is confirmed. The remaining two payments are generally collected 30 days and 60 days after the first payment. You can view and manage your payment schedule within the Klarna app.

Eligibility

To use Klarna’s Pay in 3 service, you must:       • Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a UK resident.
• Meet Klarna’s eligibility and affordability requirements.

Availability of Klarna payment options is subject to status and financial circumstances. Not all customers will be eligible for every Klarna payment option and acceptance is not guaranteed.

Affordability and Credit Assessments
From 15 July 2026, Buy Now Pay Later products in the UK are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Klarna may carry out identity verification, affordability assessments and credit reference checks when assessing your application. These checks may include soft or hard credit searches depending on the product, circumstances and regulatory requirements.
Any search conducted and its effect on your credit file will be explained by Klarna before you enter into a credit agreement.

Missed Payments

It is important that you make repayments on time. If a payment is missed, Klarna may contact you and provide information about your options. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Klarna products in the future and, where applicable, may be reported to credit reference agencies in accordance with Klarna’s terms and regulatory obligations.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, you should contact Klarna as soon as possible. Klarna may be able to offer support and direct you to free debt advice services.
Please spend responsibly. Borrow only what you can afford to repay.
